After sample approval and 50% deposit.
Freight, tax, individualized engraving, complex artwork, nonstandard packaging, special finishes, storage, pick-and-pack, and parcel postage are quoted separately.
From brief to repeatable run
You see the dimensions, finish, branding, and presentation on a physical sample. That sample, not a rendering or verbal description, controls the production run.
Share the product, quantity, target date, sales channel, packaging needs, and artwork. We confirm whether the program fits our process before quoting.
You receive a digital branding proof and a paid production sample. The approved sample becomes the standard for dimensions, finish, engraving, and presentation.
A 50% deposit reserves material and production time. The quote states the production window, included work, freight plan, and remaining balance date.
The run is checked against the approved sample and written specification before it is packed for bulk delivery or received into an approved fulfillment program.
Delivery and fulfillment
Receive the packed production run at one commercial address. The quote separates product, freight, and any liftgate or appointment requirements.
After the run is received into approved inventory, storage, pick-and-pack, and postage can be added as a separate operating program.
Approved partners can use MadeRelay for managed order and inventory routing. Direct self-serve Shopify connection is still in validation and is not included unless your quote says so.

One approval standard. Dimensions, finish, mark placement, packaging, and acceptable natural variation are recorded before production.
SKU-specific origin language. Country-of-origin wording is confirmed only after the product and material inputs are documented.
A date you can plan around. Your accepted quote states the production window and release conditions for that run.
Before you request a quote
You can begin with a paid development sample. Production starts at the stated program minimum, and unrelated designs or materials cannot be combined to reach it.
The flagship board includes one repeated laser mark up to 3 x 3 inches and a digital proof. Individual names, multiple locations, complex artwork, and custom packaging are quoted separately.
Plan on 8-12 weeks for 100 standard boards after physical sample approval and deposit. Your quote will state the actual production window; larger and more complex programs are scheduled individually.
When the finished SKU and its inputs qualify, we document and approve the claim for that specific product. If the inputs require qualified wording, your proof and packaging use that accurate wording instead.
Custom runs are not returnable after sample approval, but confirmed defects, shortages, and carrier damage are covered by the claim terms in your quote. We inspect against the approved sample before release.
Made-to-order consumer sales are currently paused. We are booking paid samples and qualified production runs so every accepted order has a feasible material, production, and delivery plan.
